Where can i download free developer 2000 [message #77743]

When i try and download developer 2000 from technet it offers me this,"Oracle Forms Developer/Services 6i Release 2 for Windows NT".

Before i spend 10 hours downloading, is this the full developer 2000 with forms, reports etc. if not where can i get it.

i want to download developer 2000 already having oracle 8i. whether it is possible to make as a comprees way. or its better to copy in a CD. and download where i want to copy

Hello,

My name is Bas and I'm new to this board. For my studie I need Oracle Develeper 2000/Forms. However, this program cannot be downloaded from the Oracle site anymore. This is a problem for me. Can anybody please tell me where I can download it or help me get it thru a private download of something?

If you need developer for your study, ask your educator for a copy/where to dl.

Developer 2000 is the old version of Oracle Forms/Reports/Graph. The new version is called Oracle Developer Suite 10g and can be downloaded from Oracle Technet, just like all other Oracle software.

Hi Bas,
Here is a direct link to the OTN download page for Developer Suite downloads. The oldest version available is 6i R2 (I think). The OTN site requires a free subscription. What version do you need?

BTW: your login: Very Happy

There's a Dutch subforum too.

Hello,

Thanks for the replies.

I already have Developer Suite 9i installed on my computer now to see if it is possible to follow the module with this application. I think it isn't. Therefore I sent an email to my school with some questions.

I think it is best if they upgrade the module to Developer 10g, but I wonder if they will listen to me. Untill I have an answer back from school, I'll keep on searching for Developer 2000...
