Oracle Reports Server CGI -Unable to communicate with the Reports Server.

I get this on running a web based report. The tnsnames.ora

is fine as is the URL I'm parseing, anything else obvious that I might be overlooking on the above error?

Any hints or suggestions welcomed.

My Oracle Reports server was working fine a few days ago, now I'm getting this error: "Oracle Reports Server CGI - Unable to communicate with the Reports Server." Any ideas as to how I can correct this problem?
