Hi All,
I have an html form embedded within psp. My users need to upload a file with the form. The file needs to be attached to an email that gets sent when the form is submitted. I looked at utl_smtp package but it doesn't offer email attachment functionality.
Is anyone aware of a package/utility that allows me to attach a file uploaded through a form to an email.
