Can not resolve the error "frm-92050: failed to connect to server localhost:9001" when i trying to connect to oracle 8i IAS thru through netscape navaigator to forms_server installed in linux 6.2 on ibm compatible machine.
Oracle 8.1.6 server is up on the same machine and working fine.

Worth checking, if you have the HTTP_LISTNER Service running .... !!
