I am maintaining a system built around the dbms_job package, punters are now saying there is a problem with the max number of jobs occurring at one time being 20. Is there anyway possible of increasing number ???

ALTER SYSTEM SET JOB_QUEUE_PROCESSES = 30;

Now you can use the command above to increase the job max number and can't reboot the database
