I want to make the replication of the modified data from the
isolated database (not on line) and update these changes to the central
database at HO.

What are the best,feasible and robust technique for the same.
Could I go for the snapshot, I'm doubtful since there is no link(Net8 or internet)
between the master and target database.

Hi,

Maybe you can try templates. Check Oracle Replication manuals.
