Try to recompile INVALID objects,
I am beginner with Replication, and I think some times it is easier to make own replication system then understand Oracle's

Always I have to type the SQL command to resume the replication avtivity.GUI have an error.Also the master side of the database do not replicate with the target side.But target side replicates with master side immediately.Give me some possibel reasons.Also when modifying a table in the master database does not actually modify the target batabase although it shows the target side is modified through the GUI.
