Hi,
I am trying to install RAC on windows 2000 and I want to use OCFS instead of RAW devices.

My setup is
1. Two nodes connected over a public network.
2. Nothing special, two machine in LAN and sharing a disk.
3. I already checked the clustercheck.exe works fine,.
4. I have installed OCFS (RAC CD).
5. I have installed oracle 9.2.0.1 and patchset 2 (9.2.0.3).

Questions:
1. I see cfspatch folder only in one node? Is this right?
2. Services are starting properly on one node

Can some one help

There are instructions on Oracle's site concerning setting up a test RAC system.

http://www.oracle.com/technology/pub/articles/hunter_rac.html

I have seen variations of this, always using Linux, but I don't see why this would not work with Windows. The real key seems to be the shared Firewire hard drive, only specific models contain the chipsets that allow for multiple devices to login at once.
