Is there a way to resore table level using rman?  i can't find a sample. Thanks!

Object level restoration is not possible with RMAN or any 'BACKUP'.
You have to look into export / import.
or
use rman to restore to another NODE or a duplicate database and copy the table from there.

infact Object level restorations is been in to_be_implimented_list with oracle core for a long time and i beleive it may be supported in 10g.
