what are the files to configured after creating the database on windows 2000 professional arabic enabled.
Becuase i am getting error messages in arabic, please help me immediately.

AFTER creating the database, that is whenevr u add a new instance u have to put a entry in tnsnames.ora and listener.ora .
This entry contains the name of oracle sid , port, host , protocol u are using )
These two entries should be similiar in both the places.
for the host name u can specify the ip address.
