Can Oracle's OEM integrate with CA's Unicenter NSM? We have both products in-house and would like to entertain the possibility of integrating OEM with NSM. At the moment NSM integrates with Unicenter Service Desk for problem ticket generation, notification, and escalation. The correct OEM configuration has OEM detecting an event and sending an e-mail to technicians at the Help Desk where a manual ticket is created. If we could get the integration between OEM and NSM, ticket generation would be automatic.
