Hi all, I've put Oracle9i on Windows 2003, and I can't get OEM to open in 'server' mode.

I ran the configuration tool, and let it make a local repository, and rebooted, and opened in stand-alone mode first. But couldn't get it to work in 'server mode' so reran the tool again and created a new db for the repository, but things are the same.

In the windows 'services' screen I can manually start all services but '~ClientCache', and '~ManagementServer'

any help most appreciated
