Hello... i've installed oracle8i database server... but i cant find Oracle Enterprise Manager there... how to install OEM??..pls help...

it depends on how you installed Oracle. If you take the Full version the OEM should be installed.
If you're on Windows you should look in Programs/Oracle if the Management Console is installed.
On Unix you can start oemapps console after setting the DISPLAY.
Or you can install the tools on Win from the Oracle-Tools CD - but it is neccesary to have Oracle installed as an Full Bundle (Administrator)

just go to bin and locate the emca.exe and run the emca and follow the instructions
