my config is P4 1.5,128 mb Ram,win 2000 sp4
i ve tried more than twice to install oracle 9i Enterprise Edition on my P.C. but all the times after completting 100% with installer when it was doing post installation tasks it fails on database creation process. error is like
access is denied.
i am unable to create the database manually and also to connect with SQL*PLUS with no account.
please suggest me a way out.

i m facing a problem when i am installing a oracle 8i on windows 2000
professional an error occured. error:ORA-12560:TNS:protocol adapter error.How i can solve this problem.
This is my third attmpt to install oracle 8i
so pls help me .
