Can't start OEM server on window 2000 server [message #68452]

I installed the database, intellegent agent and OEM on the same machine. Database, IA start. But I can't start OEM server. I check the oms.nohup:
Could not find the COSNaming service. Aborting.VXA-1000 : Error starting OMS. Check the boot host name in omsconfig.properties file.

Any idea? BTW, what is the host name for my computer? I have no domain name.

1. edit omsconfig.properties files
2. change value of the property oem.boothost to localhost
3. restart the OMS

Thanks for your answer. The problem is sovled. Originally the oem.boothost is set to localhost. It doesn't work. However, after I changed it to the IP address, the OEM server starts normally.
