Hi !
I've installed Windows 2000 Server English version with german keyboard layout. Oracle installer has listed languages English and German to install. Tools like sqlplus or imp/exp are in English, as I like, but the enterprise manager shows all text in German. How can I start OEM to display in English ?
Any idea ?
