Hi all,
I am in the urge of Setting up the enterprise manager at my site..as a part of it...I have installed Management server and When i try to start the service...its taking long time and says.."Service cannot be started.. . It did not return any error Please try after some time " ..Please help me with the Action to be taken...

intelligent agent should by up and running in all the sites ( you are trying to connnect to) and OMS machine
and the console from which u accessing OMS.
And u should have all administrator rights In OS
