Hi, i have a Pro C Program on Unix Platform. I want schedule this program to Start Up at 4 AM after the DATABASE become to start. There are some Oracle tool to do this?

easiest way is to schedule the pro*c in a crontab.
else
call the pro*c in an oracle stored procedure
and use dbms_job to schedule the stored procedure(inside oracle).
