I downloaded Oracle 8i personal Edition, for Windows 98, on to my Windows 98, extracted it into a folder and ran the setup.exe to install it
It shows that it completed its installation, however when I do "start -->Programs -->OraHome8I -->" I do not see the Oracle Enterprise Manager installed.
Please is there any other way to access it so I can
see the Enterprise Manager Configuration Assistant
and be able to create a new Repository, Launch Oracle Enterprise Manager Console, see the DBA Management Pack
