I have many 4 databases in Oracle console standalone. When i use OMS to discover node. It only display 3 database. how i can discover another one??? Thanks for help!!

make sure that the intelligent is running on that particular node too.
try to discover manually. is there any error generated?

Q1) How to verify EM Console and Management Server are at the same patch level??
Q2) How to enable tracing and logging for EM and OMS for more detailed diagnosis?? Can u tell me the purpose of tracing and logging??
