Hi All,

I am new to oracle server 8i administration. I want to know that how can log the remote connections information to oracle server runing on my system. The oracle user name can be the same from two or more machines. I want to log the IP address , User Name and the queries executed by the user using either SQL Plus or any other application /program ?

Is this possible? if yes then how , if know what can be the other solution for this problem - loggin the remote connection information with IP address.

Doesn't listener log contain enough information 4U about all incoming connections?

U can write script which will collect and sort needed parameters.
