How can i access orcle remote data base vai dail up
connection with out listner

i dont get what you mean by 'dialup without a listener'
case1:

You use dialup connection
database is remote
ur pc has a oracle client.
Then u need a listener( in server) and tnsnams.ora entry (client).
connect as
userName/passCode@connectString

case2:
You use dialup connection.
you connect to the server directly using telnet or ssh or terminal services or tools like that.
YOU DONT NEED need a tnsentry.
connect as
userName/passCode
