G'day all.
Here is the hickup I'm facing:
I have setup an Oracle 9i server on Win2K on Domain A. I can connect to the server on many (about 8) client workstations in Domain A and all is well!
All client workstations in Domain B can 'see' the Domain A Oracle server via: PING, TNSPING, and TELNET using the server's IP address on port 1521.
The problem is when I try to setup Service Naming in Oracle Net Manager, I get 'ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error'. The Service Naming configuration is identical to that of the Domain A clients.
Are there additional configurations required on Domain B client workstations to resolve something?
Any insight would be much appreciated!
Thanks,
Cory
