I solved the error by bypassing a firewall, don't know which port is responsible, for sure not a standard IP port (20,21,80)

@Peter

The default port for Oracle Listener is 1521. Did you turn firewall off ? If so then the server is under security threat.

@chewy_fruiti

Go to the firewall options and give exception on the above specified port number or on the port number assigned to listener.

And the error number mentioned in the subject says this
Quote:

TNS-12224 TNS:no listener

Cause: The connection request could not be completed because the listener is not running.

Action: Ensure that the supplied destination address matches one of the addresses used by the listener. Compare the TNSNAMES.ORA entry with the appropriate LISTENER.ORA file (or TNSNAV.ORA if the connection is to go by way of an Interchange). Start the listener on the remote machine.
