Hi,
We are trying to connect to the remote system and we need to create a database there. Is it possible for us to do in Oracle. if yes, how can we do that? For manipulating the database remotely, we have a create database link option. But we are not getting, how to create Database remotely. Kindly, help us in this regard and it is very urgent.

Thanks
Sekhar

Sekhar ,

I am not clear , Wheather you have your server in same premises then you can connect through LAN (create service name throgh Net 8 Assistant) and if it is in the different city do it through WAN and do the same .

Now you can connect to the remote server and can create the databse .
