Dears,

I'm tunning an SQL query like

Select (...) FROM owner.table1@remotebase TAB1

and I want to HINT with index_combine,

Select /*+ index_combine (tab1) (...) FROM owner.table1@remotebase TAB1

my question is would it use remote indexes ?

or should i put something like that?

Select /*+ index( tab1 Owner.tab1_index01@remotebase Owner.tab1_index02@remotebase Owner.tab1_index03@remotebase) (...)/* FROM owner.table1@remotebase TAB1

Hi,

Try /*+DRVING_SITE(
)*/ hint on the remote table in the query. This might help.

Milind.
