Hi,
I need to recover the database from RMAN.But we have reset the database and now when we try to recover we cannot as we have to recover the datafiles belongging to y'day.If there any way of recovering the database thru RMAN after resetting the database?
My DB version is Oracle 8.0.4

I cant seem to find 8.0.4 doc for such a scenario. The following one is for 8.1.7 that should give you a general idea. Do you have Oracle support ?
