I haven't been able to login all afternoon, it tells me Quote:

Is this a general outage, or is it only me?

Very strange.
From France there was a short outage yesterday morning, 8 hours before John's post; it just required to reconnect.
It still worked 3 hours after this post and still currently available.

So, four different people, in four countries, have all had issues. nslookup and similar tells me that support.oracle.com is delivered by Akamai, so we will almost certainly be getting in (or not) through different Akamai edge servers. Right now, I'm using  e870.x.akamaiedge.net which is in London. There is an Akamai status page, https://www.akamaistatus.com/, which claims no problems in the last week. So if you believe that, the issues must be with MOS itself.

However, given that the OCI TAR I'm working at the moment has been open for seven weeks with zero progress and (as far as I can see) no work either, network outages are the least of MOS's problems. I wonder why MOS uses AKamai and not the OCI edge server network? Perhaps the MOS techs don't want to be dependent on OCI support.

It works but I have from time to time a "bad gateway" error.
