I'm sure you've all seen the change in setting severity they made recently, what they call "Descriptive Severity
for Service Requests", details in
My Oracle Support (MOS) FAQ (Doc ID 2329773.2)
I've opened some TARs since this came in, and all I ever get is severity 3. Any idea what answers to the questions Issue Type, Business Impact, and System Lifecycle will get me a severity 2?
