12c report Error while calling report with PARAMFORM=YES [message #686846]

Hi All,

I am working on Oracle Forms & Reports 12c.
I am calling report using RUN_REPORT_OBJECT(). It is working fine if PARAMFORM=NO but it gives me following error, if PARAMFORM=YES.

Error 500--Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
