ORA-00308 ,ORA-27041 -ARCHIVELOG Missing [message #685492]

Hi All,

As I am new in Oracle DBA, I got error in primary database (newsdb) alert log file.This error message came for past 2 days.

Mon Jan 24 19:26:12 2022
Errors in file D:\APP\ORAADMIN\diag\rdbms\newsdb\newsdb\trace\newsdb_arc1_2572.trc:
ORA-00308: cannot open archived log 'F:\ORACLE\NEWSDB\ARCHIVELOG\ARC0000048057_0885808488.0001'
ORA-27041: unable to open file
OSD-04002: unable to open file
O/S-Error: (OS 2) The system cannot find the file specified.

How i solve this issue.

The original error is the bottom one:

O/S-Error: (OS 2) The system cannot find the file specified.

which means either the directory does not exist or is unreachable for Oracle instance owner (lack of privileges).

I remind you what I said in your previous topic:
