I'm confused on "Named User Perpetual" license and "Named User Plus Perpetual". What is the distinction and how would it apply to the scenario below
let's say I have 60 users using 4 databases, each database on a physical server with 2 cpu which has 4 cores per cpu, lets say core factor 1 to keep it simple.
I believe my processor license qty would be 4(servers) x 2(cpu) x 4(cores per cpu) x 1 = 32 correct?
What would my named user perpetual qty be?
What would by named user plus perpetual qty be?

What licensing document are you following? It (or perhaps your interpretation of it) is not correct.
--update:
On re-reading your post, I realize that I mis-understood it. Yes, your calculation is correct: 32 licences. However, the point when NUP (Named User Plus) licences become less cost effective than processor licences is 50 users. So in your case, you would buy processor perpetual licences, not NUP licences. Note that you are using the Enterprise Edition metric. For SE2, you would need only 8 licences.

That is the correct document. It includes detail for SE2. SE1 no longer exists.
there are still organizations out there carrying SE1 which is why I'm asking.
