There's none, as far as I can tell.

Up to Forms 3.0 (ancient history), source files were pure textual .INP files so you could have easily compared them with any decent text editor (such as today's Notepad++).

Since then & nowadays, .FMB (Forms Binary source) files are binary so you can "compare" them, but I wouldn't expect them to be equal anyway.

You can even edit them (.FMB files, I mean) with a text editor and search for SELECT statements within, but that's manual job, not easy, you'll probably see some "duplicates" which don't exist when you open the form in Forms Builder.

Therefore, I think you're out of luck, but wait for someone else's opinion.

If I understand correctly what you want to achive, then Forms Tool should do that for you (there is 30 day trial version):

https://www.orcl-toolbox.com/formstool

I have used it few times (before trial expired Smile ) and it works fine.
I have not found any other tool for this job, so if anyone knows about something other, please share.

Cool! Didn't know about it, @jury68000, thank you!

Might be worth to invest into it, it's just we're abandoning Forms in favour of Oracle Apex.

Hi everyone. Oracle also offers a script that resides in the installation folder of forms (under BIN) called frmf2xml.bat. What I've done in the past to compare forms is using this script to convert them to XML first and then use a regular text file comparator to see the differences. Furthermore, there's the ability to convert the XML back to FMB by using the script called frmxml2f.bat, which is in the same folder.

More info at: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E14373_01/migrate.32/e13368/appmgr_forms.htm#CHDIDJGD ; look for the section Using the Forms2XML Conversion Tool From a Command Line.
