I am unable to connect as sysdba as my sys account is locked.

C:\WINDOWS\system32>sqlplus/nolog

SQL*Plus: Release 18.0.0.0.0 - Production on Tue Mar 16 11:07:18 2021
Version 18.3.0.0.0

Copyright (c) 1982, 2018, Oracle. All rights reserved.

SQL> conn sys as sysdba
Enter password:
ERROR:
ORA-28000: The account is locked.

I also tried the following;

C:\WINDOWS\system32>sqlplus / as sysdba

SQL*Plus: Release 18.0.0.0.0 - Production on Tue Mar 16 10:50:58 2021
Version 18.3.0.0.0

Copyright (c) 1982, 2018, Oracle. All rights reserved.

ERROR:
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

My user ID is also included as an ORA_DBA;
