Hi all
To run Oracle from Explorer browser
You must download the java in jdk-6u45-windows-i586 version

Is there a newer version that works properly?

Or is there a way to cancel the update message when running the program
Because when the program is running it asks for an update for Java, and if the user presses on Update, the program does not work, and the Java must be removed from the device and loaded with the old version again

Can you give a bit more information on what you mean by "run Oracle" ? For example, are you trying to run some sort of client tool? Or trying to connect to some remote service, perhaps?

You'll have to look up your release in the appropriate certification matrix. For example,

Oracle Forms	12.2.1.4.0	Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.*	Oracle JRE 1.8.0_211+
I would guess that you are using a much older release that is not certified for a modern browser.

Forms 10.x has been out of premier support for many years, so I doubt it has been validated against anything later than clients designed for (my guess) Windows Vista. You might make it work with something newer, but you are on your own.
