Dear Experts,
we have installed Thermal printer on PC and try to take a print by clicking the Print button in Report but not sending print.
we have tested in Ms. Word to print the document is working fine on same machine.

somebody can help why not coming print out from printer in Report 6i.

open reports builder.
Open report which you want to print.
Go to layout mode.
Go to page setup.

Left 0.00 Right 0.00
Top 0.00 Bottom 0.00

Select Paper 210mmx270mm

then give command print.
