Hi Experts,

We are planning to move from Oracle EBS on-premsis to Oracle Cloud Fusion and having some question in back of mind

As license cost is to expensive therefore we need to cut down license cost by reducing user based license

Lets example we have 40 users in MOVE ORDER TRANSACTION station wise now we are thinking to reuce it to 15 user is this best practise ?

i known PROS is reducing cost but what can be CONS ?
