Hi,

I have an intermittent error ORA-28500 + ORA-28511.

In this article I think there's the solution:

Someone could help me to implement it?

There are several step to follow to delimit the problem and solve/workaround it.
Unfortunately no one can give you more on this note without breaking the license agreement he signs with Oracle.
