Do ASFU NUP licences incur the processor core factor for Oracle Enterprise Edition?

I realise processor metric based licencing will.

Is the is the latest Oracle licensing doc?

Yes, ASFU licenses in 99% follow standard Oracle licensing rules.
However ASFU licenses its the ISV/OEM partner that is responsible/liable for license compliance.
Oracle doesnt have audit right for ASFU,if they want to audit ASFU environment. The audit must go via the ISV/OEM and not direct with end customer
