Hi,
I have oracle database 11g in Oracle Linux 6.5. I installed Oracle Enterprise Manager. I created a job using OEM to backup database using OEM option DATA MOVEMENT--->> MOVE ROW DATA --->> EXPORT TO EXPORT FILES. But after few months it stopped working and OEM shows Generic internal errors have been found. Internal error (ORA-600[25027]); and in Active session WAIT level reach to its Threshold level. But when I go through log file it shows JOB SYSTEM.BACKUP successfully completed. I stopped OEM using emctl stop dbconsole it shows all attempts to stop oc4j failed now trying to kill 9. i ignored the message and restart the OEM using emctl start dbconsole. it started normally. i am completely stuck. if any one can help me so I will be grateful. TIA

ORA-00600/ORA-07445/ORA-03113 = Oracle bug => search on Metalink/MOS and/or call Oracle support.
Have a look at alert.log and trace files.

What is your complete version number (for instance, 11.2.0.4)?
