Thanks Michel Cadot,

I have one more question regarding oracle licensing. I have licensed media of 32 bit oracle db, should it download 64 bit oracle db from oracle and use it? by doing so, am i violating any licensing condition?

Regards,
Chintan

You have to ask your Oracle representative for this.
