The RMAN restore is failing with

ORA-19507: failed to retrieve sequential file, handle="350333_CBS_63tn745d_1_1", parms=""
ORA-27029: skgfrtrv: sbtrestore returned error
ORA-19511: non RMAN, but media manager or vendor specific failure, error text:
   sbtrestore: Oracle automatic restore fail-over is disabled. Exiting..


please advise.

If you say so.
We can't know that it worked before when you withhold this detail from us.
We only know what you post here.

When you observe different results, then you can be absolutely 100% positive that SOMETHING has changed.

We don't know what you did earlier.
We don't know what you did that resulted in posted errors.

You have a mystery & gives us no clues.

What changed?

The Storage Policy, we changed Data Domain (DD). The Full Backup has been taken with new DD.
