Good Lords, someone of you could help me with this problem:

-- now-12224: tns: there is no receiver

-- ora-12224: tns:no hay ningun receptor

... I can not connect to the BD from the system ... the listener is up. Apparently it is a damage in the BD but I would not know how to repair it.

ORA-12224: TNS:no listener
*Cause: The connection request could not be completed because the listener
 is not running.
*Action: Ensure that the supplied destination address matches one of
the addresses used by the listener - compare the TNSNAMES.ORA entry with
the appropriate LISTENER.ORA file (or TNSNAV.ORA if the connection is to
go by way of an Interchange). Start the listener on the remote machine.
Post what you did when you get the error.
Post the tnsnames.ora (client side)
Post the sqlnet.ora (client side)
Post the listener.ora (server side)
Post the result of
lsnrctl status
