Dear Pro,
I meet an issue when was tried to move the database from Oracle 11G r2 to Oracle 12C r2, detail:
- Source: Oracle 11G r2, AIX
- Target: Oralce 12C r2, Redhat 7
I using the incremental backup method step by step.
But just the table was moved from 11 to 12. Proc, Packages,... is not move..
Please help me!

If you are doing what I think you are attempting, they wouldn't.
I guess you are migrating across endians using the new feature of incremental backups to reduce downtime? That being the case, you're dealing with what amounts to fancy transportable tablespaces - and all the limitations which come with that.
That includes various things but of most relevance to you:
You cannot transport the SYSTEM tablespace. Therefore, objects such as sequences, PL/SQL packages, and other objects that depend on the SYSTEM tablespace are not transported. You must either create these objects manually on the destination database, or use Data Pump to transport the objects that are not moved by transportable tablespace.
That being said I've not seen this method used to go from 11 to 12, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I'd have expected you to do a full transportable option, but I'm not sure anyone has ever done that for real based on what I've seen playing with it.
