HI,

I have an Oracle Database 11g on the database is installed Java 1.6. Regarding TLS1.2 enable SMS Gateway SMS not trigger by Oracle Database Server ,This brings me problems because Java 1.6 does not support TLS1.1 and TLS1.2 and it's impossible to upgrade Java on the database side. It is major impact in production level.

Thanks for update but if any another solution regarding that thing enable in database level.

Try the Bouncy Castle library. You can find an example implementation in this answer: https://stackoverflow.com/a/33122393/7059880 this link work for TLS 1.2 Please suggest.
