The users sometimes forget to Auto Pack their shipments. So they have to reopen the delivery because they have already ship confirmed. When they do the Autopack after reopening the delivery the weights aren't calculated correctly - specifically the tare (container) weight isn't added onto the delivery. The problem is that the weights aren't showing up correctly on the shipping reports. This used to work in 11i. They are scanning in the data through Clear orbit. The Auto Pack SRS is run in Oracle. There is also an issue when they manually auto pack. Is this a bug or do the users need to do something differently (other than not forgetting to auto pack) in R12.
