Hi All,

I am trying to get the last month's snapshot ID of the Statspack,
but the spreport.sql shows only the latest lists.

How do we get that snapid numbers.

Thanks and Regards
M.Krish

The spreport.sql script should show all your snapshots, you can confirm this by looking the STATS$SNAPSHOT.
Perhaps you have a job that purges the older ones.

Hi John,

Thanks for the reply.

I was trying in the way of.

sql>@C:\ORACLE\ORA12C\HOME\DBS\RDBMS\ADMIN\spreport.sql

So, when I enter, this will show all the lists of snapid.

But, that didn't show all (I had used SET PAGESIZE 999 and SET LINESIZE 999).

But with this STATS$ view, I am able to see all.

Hi,

One more question,

When I have generated a report with that SPREPORT.SQL, with start and end snapid. It works.

But, if I want to make a report again withe another SNAPID, it gives this error.
Hence I have to quit the SQLPLUS window, then reconnect. Which is horrible, if I want to take more than 10 reports.

End of Report ( Z:\Spool\Hourly_Basis\27nov_5pm-6pm.lst )

SQL> @C:\ORACLE\ORA12C\HOME\DBS\RDBMS\ADMIN\spreport.sql
SP2-0310: unable to open file "C:\ORACLEORA12CHOMEDBSRDBMSADMINspreport.sql"

Is there any way get rid of it.

Regards
M.krish
