How to set agent TZ Region value in EM agent [message #665820]

Hello everyone,
After installation of ORACLE 11G R2 on Windows 8.1, I launched EM, and I get:

By switching to the command prompt:

By checking in the log file, I receive:

By going into the em.properties file, I found that the value is -04: 00

/forum/fa/13647/0/

I wanted to change the value of the agentTZRegion parameter, except that there, I have no idea about the value to provide.

There is a list of valid TZ values in file $ORACLE_HOME/sysman/admin/nsupportedtzs.lst

Thank you Mr Naude for your reply.
I get the file, but I do not know the good value to fill, I tested the whole:

Etc/GMT
Etc/GMT+0
CET

nothing works.
For information: I am from Morocco and more precisely from CASABLANCA, generally it is the GMT, but currently one is in GMT+1 (Summer time)
