I am unable to start the 'OracleDBConsolemydb' service. When I open services.msc, the status of the service is 'starting'. When I restart the service it gives me the following error:
"Could not start the OracleDBConsolemydb service on Local Computer. Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or the control request in a timely fashion."
I tried starting the service from command prompt:
C:\Users\abc>emctl start dbconsole
Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g Database Control Release 11.2.0.1.0
Copyright (c) 1996, 2010 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.

What am I supposed to do?
