The current version of Oracle VM is 3.4.2. Are you actually talking about VirtualBox?
However, wrt your question, using Centos is not sensible. Yes, it will work, but not easily. I always use OEL6.8 and would advise you to do as well.

Yes, I am talking of VirtualBox, I used RedHat Linux 6, but I have issue with yum that always asking for Registration No,I try to by-pass but I could not, that was why I switched to Centos which is a community software and I can actually, do update with yum.

So I will appreciate if I can solve issue of yum on intrenet.

I would advise you to listen to John. You're making your life a lot harder than it needs to be.

Sometimes, kdump with CentOS caused down OS suddenly. I've got an article with internal kdump when using Oracle, especially configured huge-page for a long time ago. Will seek again and post here.

With RHEL, you might configure repository instead of yum through internet, then, I surprise if an Oracle Database's server can be connected from internet.

Dear Team, Thanks for all your support and contribution. I am glad to tell you all have complete Oracle 12c RAC installation from beginning to the end. God bless you all. I used Centos, it's all that there some side configuration to make the overall Installation complete.

I'm surprised no one mentioned using Oracle Linux. It is derived from RHEL, is free, is certified for Oracle database, and has free access to Oracle's public yum repository.
